Penny Carrier is an experienced professional Kinesiologist & Trainer registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). She has been a trainer for over 15 years and has been teaching Neuro-Training Kinesiology since 1999.
